Vacation and rental property cleaning

At CasaClean Management, we understand that a vacation rental clean is not the same as a residential clean. Vacation rentals require a hospitality-level standard, not a lived-in reset.

Our team cleans with the intention of presentation, precision, and staging—creating a space that feels as though no one has ever slept there. Every surface, line, and detail is approached with a hotel-quality mindset, ensuring the home is guest-ready, visually flawless, and welcoming from the moment the door opens.

Pricelist

Standard Turnover Clean

 

$0.15 square foot

 

Includes:

 

  • Full interior cleaning of all living spaces

  • All bedrooms including game rooms & converted garages

  • Kitchen & bathrooms

  • Floors vacuumed & mopped

  • Trash removal

  • Bed making with clean linens

  • Laundry included *

  • BBQ standard wipe-down included

  • Inventory reporting if low

  • Staging property accordingly to host preference 

  • Final check by supervisor to ensure its guest ready 

 

 

Laundry Policy:

Laundry is included with every turnover. Due to same-day turnovers or volume, full laundry completion is not guaranteed on each turn. Clean replacement linens will always be used.

Add-On Services

  • Extended Laundry Package                   +$35-$70 range depending on home size

  • Pet Cleaning Fee                                   +$0.04 per sq ft 

  • Deep Clean                                          +$0.08–$0.12 per sq ft

  • Same-Day / Rush Clean                         +$75–$100 flat

  • BBQ Deep Clean (beyond wipe-down)   +$50–$75 flat

  • Supply Purchasing & Restocking             +$55 service/stock fee + cost of supplies

  • Excessive Mess / Post-Party                    +Starts at $0.03–$0.06 per sq ft

  • Handyman/Maintenance service.           +$25 on every turn.

  • We would change out Smart lock batteries, change out remote control batteries, change standard light bulbs. (We will be checking these on every single turn, and we supply all lightbulbs and batteries.)

  • Filter changes monthly                           +$65 plus cost of filters 

  • Propane exchange                                 +$55 plus cost of propane's

Important Notes

 

  • Pricing based on square footage, occupancy, and usage

  • Game rooms & converted garages count as bedrooms

  • Pet stays require the Pet Cleaning Fee

  • Holiday/peak surcharges may apply

  • Damage, biohazard, or extreme conditions billed separately

• Full surface dusting (furniture, décor, baseboards, vents, fans, light fixtures)

• Clean windows & glass doors (interior)

• Spot clean walls and doors

• Trash removal & replace liners

• Disinfect high-touch surfaces

(door handles, light switches, remotes, thermostats, railings)

• Straighten furniture and staging

Bathrooms

• Clean & disinfect toilets, showers, tubs, and sinks

• Polish fixtures

• Clean mirrors and glass

• Wipe cabinets and counters

• Restock toiletries (if provided by owner)

• Replace towels (hotel fold)

• Mop floors

• Empty trash

Living Areas

Bedrooms

• Strip all used linens

• Make beds with fresh linens (hotel style)

• Wipe nightstands, dressers, lamps

• Vacuum/mop floors

• Clean mirrors

• Empty trash

• Stage pillows, throws, and décor

Kitchen

• Clean & sanitize countertops and backsplash

• Clean sink and faucet

• Clean stovetop and exterior of appliances

• Microwave (inside & out)

• Refrigerator: remove leftovers, wipe shelves

• Dishwasher: check, unload if clean

• Cabinet fronts wiped

• Trash removed

• Floors vacuumed & mopped

Laundry Service (Included with Every Turn)

• Dust all surfaces and décor

• Clean coffee tables & side tables

• Vacuum sofas & chairs

• Clean TV screens and electronics (safe products)

• Straighten and stage space

Outdoor Areas

• Sweep patios and entryways

• Wipe outdoor furniture

• Clean BBQ exterior

• Empty outdoor trash

• Wash, dry, fold, and restock:

• Bed linens

• Bath towels

• Pool towels

• Report shortages or damages

 

(Additional or overflow laundry available as an add-on)

Final Quality Check

• Walk-through inspection

• Photo documentation

• Report damages, missing items, and maintenance issues

• Lock up and reset thermostat
